Joshua’s assistance was exceptional! … He is a keen listener, building upon what I needed, not just a standard run-of-the-mill what he thought I needed. It was obvious that he wasn’t an AI stand-in because of his naturally animated responses – upbeat and connected. I was comfortable in talking with him as he shared clear explanations and relevant perceptions … naturally very present, understanding and understandable. An excellent intro to Awesomely 😀

I’ve run into a few problems getting started. None of which is the fault of Awesomely. Needless to say, the problems I’ve had gave set me back a bit. Luckily Maia has helped me and guided me along. Jeracelle treated the customer (me) the way she would want to be treated. It was within her power to deny my request, but I believe this situation was thoroughly evaluated, and a decision was made to do the right thing for the customer. Thank you for being a company that operates with integrity and not just looking for the money grab. It is becoming less common these days to find companies that do what is best for the customer! This type of service will carry you far!
